Microgreens and Autism

Broccoli microgreens have been found to have potential benefits for children with ASD, according to research from the National Library of Medicine. The study showed that participants experienced a significant decrease in irritability, hyperactivity, and stereotypy, as well as a significant increase in communication. These findings suggest that incorporating broccoli microgreens into the diets of children with ASD may be worth exploring further.
